History and Foundation of IRCU
A University born to serve with Excellence and Faith
The International Redeemed Christian University, (IRCU), was born as a response to the need to form Christian Leaders with a quality education, focused on the Word of God and adapted to the challenges of today’s world. Its founding basis is rooted in the principles of the Confession of Faith of the Southern Baptists, combining academic formation with Spiritual Growth.
Since its origin in the State of Florida, USA, IRCU has been authorized to operate under legal and educational standards, expanding with impact in Latin America and other Regions. More than an Institution, IRCU is an International Community of Believers and Professionals Committed to Truth, Service and Excellence. Every Faculty, Career and Program is designed to equip the student with solid academic tools and a Christocentric Vision of life.

MISSION
The Mission of IRCU is to train Professionals committed to serving God and Society, through an integral education based on Christian Values, Ethical Principles and Academic Excellence. Our University works to respond to the Spiritual, Organizational and Social needs of local and International Communities. We focus on preparing transformative Leaders who elevate their environment through knowledge, morality and faith. Each Program is designed to encourage critical thinking, responsibility and a love for truth. At IRCU we believe that a solid academic life should be guided by the Word of God, that’s why we promote Theological Learning along with Technical, Administrative, Scientific and Artistic Careers. We form active believers, prepared to serve with Wisdom and Compassion. Our Pedagogical Model adapts to the reality of the Modern World without losing its Spiritual Base. We are a space for growth where knowledge is connected with the divine vocation.

IRCU’s Vision is to be an Internationally recognized Christian University for its Academic Excellence, commitment to Biblical Truth and Social Impact. We aspire to be a beacon of light in the Educational World, forming Integral Professionals who live according to the principles of the Kingdom of God. We project ourselves as an innovative Institution that combines Spiritual Wisdom with academic knowledge to transform lives, Communities and Nations. Our University seeks to generate Leaders with a vocation for service, capacity for analysis and deep love for others. We want to see our graduates stand out as examples of righteousness, compassion and efficiency in every field in which they work. OBJECTIVES
The objectives of IRCU are focused on ensuring a quality Academic Education that promotes the integral development of the human being under a Christian Worldview. We seek to encourage continuous learning, critical thinking and social service. Among our key purposes are: To offer accessible Programs in various modalities (face-to-face, distance and hybrid), to promote research with Ethical Values, and to establish strategic alliances with educational and Community Institutions. We want each Student to find their vocation, discover their purpose and exercise it with passion and responsibility. In addition, we aim to form citizens committed to justice, collective well-being and active faith. Our Programs are designed to impact the personal, professional and Spiritual Life of each Student. Excellence is not just a goal, it’s a lifestyle. At IRCU, every goal is oriented towards the eternal growth of our students.

We offer Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral Degree Programs in various areas such as Theology, Alternative Medicine, Education, Technology, Economics, among others.
We have face-to-face, blended and distance learning programs, adapted to the needs of each student according to their Country of Residence.
Of course. IRCU has an international presence and programs designed for students from Latin America, the Caribbean Countries and other Regions.
Our Doctrinal Foundation is the Southern Baptists Confession of Faith, and we maintain a Christ-centered approach in all of our Academic Areas.
You must complete the Admission Form, submit previous academic documents, a copy of identification and meet the specific requirements of each major.
Yes, we analyze each case. If you have already studied at other Institutions, you can request a validation or equivalence through academic evaluation.
The Degrees can be delivered at Official Graduation events or sent by Certified mail, depending on the modality and Country of the Student.
In some cases, yes. We have special programs and agreements that allow payment facilities or partial scholarships for outstanding Students.
Yes, as long as you meet the Academic and Organizational Requirements, you can study two Programs in parallel with prior authorization.
